On 9 December 2024, the Zhuhai High-tech Developmental Zone Science and Technology Innovation and Industry Development Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Launching the 2024 Application Work for the Industry Developmental Support Funds of Integrated Circuit in Gaoxin District” (“the Notice”). The Notice announced that listed enterprises that invested in projects in the high-tech zone through fund raising, with total project investments of RMB 200 million to RMB 500 million, RMB 500 to RMB 1 billion, and RMB 1 billion or above, shall be subsidized at rates of 1%, 2% and 3%, respectively, of no more than the actual funds raised, with cumulative maximum subsidy of RMB 50 million per enterprise. The online application period is from 9 December 2024 to 6pm on 30 December 2024.
