Notice of Issuing the “Implementation Rules for “Several Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of Foreign Investment and Co-operation” by the Commerce Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipality (Revision)” (Shen Shang Wu Gui [2024] No. 4)

On 10 December 2024, the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing the “Implementation Rules for “Several Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of Foreign Investment and Co-operation” by the Commerce Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipality (Revision)”” (“the Implementation Rules”). The Implementation Rules announced that enterprises, declaring the award for the first-time and have an annual revenue not exceeding USD 1 million in outsourced construction projects during the construction period, shall be provided with a reward of RMB 200,000. The Implementation Rules shall be valid for 5 years.
