Notice of Issuing “Several Measures to Support the Development of the Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry in Shenzhen Municipal Longhua District” (Shen Long Hua Fu Ban Gui [2024] No.21)

On 16 December 2024, the Office of the People’s Government of Shenzhen Municipal Longhua District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Several Measures to Support the Development of the Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry in Shenzhen Municipal Longhua District”” (“the Measures”). The Measures announced that enterprises with revenue of RMB 50 million or more in the previous year with a positive growth rate shall be provided with a one-off award of RMB 100,000. The total annual subsidy amount under this policy is up to RMB 10 million. These Measures shall be effective for 3 years.
