Notice in relation to “Management Measures for Entry into the Talent Port of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base in Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality”

The Human Resources Bureau of Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Management Measures for Entry into the Talent Port of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base in Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 19 December 2024. The authorities proposed that individuals and enterprises can apply for priority entry into the Talent Port for projects related to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements or projects with core independent intellectual property rights. Enterprises that settle in the Talent Port are eligible to enjoy the consulting and financing services provided by the Talent Port. The Notice is effective from 1 January 2025 and will be valid for 3 years.
