Notice of Issuing the Administrative Measures for Industrial Development Fund in Foshan Municipal Nanhai District (Nan Fu Ban [2024] No. 9)

On 21 December 2024, the Office of the Nanhai District Government of Foshan Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing the Administrative Measures for Industrial Development Fund in Foshan Municipal Nanhai District” (“the Measures”). The Measures announced that the industrial development fund shall invest through the form of direct equity investment, and the co-investment amount being invested by the townships where the fund investment project settled in, shall not be less than 10% of the actual capital contribution of the fund investment project. These Measures shall be valid for 5 years.
