On 29 December 2024, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing the “Work Guideline in relation to the Implementation of the “Interim Measures for Promoting the Development in Speciality Industry Clusters for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Guangdong Province””” (“the Guideline”). The Guideline announced to promote the collaborative development of small, medium and large-sized enterprises, to strengthen the stratified cultivation of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, and to support clusters to participate in the cultivation and construction of advanced manufacturing clusters. The Guideline is valid for 3 years.
