Notice of Issuing the “Administrative Measures for Supporting the Development Fund of Joint-stock Cooperative Enterprises in Shenzhen Municipal Futian District”

On 31 December 2024, the Office of the People’s Government of Shenzhen Municipal Futian District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing the “Administrative Measures for Supporting the Development Fund of Joint-stock Cooperative Enterprises in Shenzhen Municipal Futian District”” (“the Measures”). The Measures support the use and management of development funds of joint-stock cooperative enterprises and boost the transformation and upgrading of joint-stock cooperative enterprises, improve corporate governance, and enhance market competitiveness. These Measures shall be effective for 3 years.
