The Zhuhai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Organizing the Application for the Most Promising Entrepreneurship Ventures of Overseas Students for 2024” (“the Notice”) on 3 January 2025. The authorities proposed that enterprises, which have been registered for no more than 5 years, experienced a revenue growth rate of no less than 15% in the recent two years, own independent intellectual property rights, and their founders and the largest shareholders are overseas students, are eligible to apply for the qualification as “Most Promising Entrepreneurship Ventures of Overseas Students” and enjoy preferential support policies.
