Notice in relation to Six Measures for Building Social Security and Stabilizing Employment in Zhongshan Municipality in 2025

The Zhongshan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Six Measures for Building Social Security and Stabilizing Employment in Zhongshan Municipality in 2025” (“the Notice”) on 13 January 2025. The authorities proposed to provide 10,000 New Year gift packages to employees who are newly hired in Zhongshan Municipality and have paid social security contributions for at least three consecutive months during the period from January to March 2025. The gift package includes red packets with cash used for social security cards, coupons for social security cards and telephone data packs, etc. The Notice is valid until 31 December 2025.
