Notice of Issuing Implementation Measures for Promoting the Transfer and Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Guangzhou Municipal Nansha District (Sui Nan Fu Ban Gui [2025] No. 4)

On 13 January 2025, the Office of the People’s Government of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Implementation Measures for Promoting the Transfer and Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Guangzhou Municipal Nansha District” (“the Measures”). The Measures support university and research institute to incubate technology enterprises using their own core technology, and awards RMB 150,000 to the university (research institute) and the incubated enterprise respectively, when the annual operating income of the newly incubated enterprise reaches RMB 5 million for the first time. These Measures shall be valid for 3 years.
