Notice in relation to Implementation Rules for Special Recruitment Position by Enterprises in Zhongshan Municipality

The Zhongshan Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Implementation Rules for Special Recruitment Position by Enterprises in Zhongshan Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 14 January 2025. The authorities proposed that special recruitment positions primarily target professional and management talents that newly introduced to Zhongshan Municipality and enterprises can apply for annual subsidies for special recruitment positions. After passing assessments, qualified talents in these special positions are eligible to receive an annual talent subsidy of up to 50% of their yearly salary, with a maximum subsidy of RMB50,000 per year.
