Notice of Issuing Implementation Rules for the Utilization of Foreign Investment Award Program in Shenzhen Municipality (Shen Tou Cu Gui [2025] No. 1)

On 15 January 2025, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Implementation Rules for the Utilization of Foreign Investment Award Program in Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Measures”). The Measures announced that high-tech manufacturing enterprises will be provided a reward of up to 3% of the new actual foreign capital investment amount, with a maximum annual reward of RMB 50 million for each enterprise. These Measures shall be valid for 5 years.
