Notice of Issuing the Measures for Promoting High-quality Development of Commerce Service Industry in Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality (Sui Nan Fu Ban Gui [2025] No. 8)

On 18 February 2025, the Office of the People’s Government of Guangzhou Nansha District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing the Measures for Promoting High-quality Development of Commerce Service Industry in Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that retail industry entities with annual business revenue reached RMB 10 million for the first time, and food and beverage industry entities with annual business revenue reached RMB 5 million for the first time, shall be given support at 50% of the actual rental expense incurred in the current year for the leased premises in Nansha district. These Measures shall be effective until 31 December 2025.
