Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Accelerating the High-quality Development of Business and Trade Industry in Huadu District (Hua Shang Gui Zi [2025] No. 1)

On 20 February 2025, the Guangzhou Municipal Huadu District Bureau of Commerce (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Accelerating the High-quality Development of Business and Trade Industry in Huadu District” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that one-off incentives of RMB 500,000 and RMB1 million shall be provided to wholesale and retail enterprises whose annual sales reach RMB1 billion and RMB2 billion or more, respectively, for the first time. These Measures shall be valid for 3 years.
