Notice of Issuing “Action Plan for Strong and Effective Support of the Development of Gazelle and Unicorn Enterprises in Shenzhen Municipality (2025-2027)” (Shen Gong Xin [2025] No. 44)

On 3 March 2025, the Shenzhen Municipal Industrial and Information Technology Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Action Plan for Strong and Effective Support of the Development of Gazelle and Unicorn Enterprises in Shenzhen Municipality (2025-2027)”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that the first (sets) of major technological equipment, the first batch of key new materials, and the first version of software of gazelle and unicorn enterprises shall be given priority support in accordance with the policy.
