Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Promoting the Innovative Development of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Industry in Guangdong Province (Yue Fu Ban [2025] No. 6)

On 9 March 2025, the General Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Promoting the Innovative Development of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Industry in Guangdong Province” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced to improve the development and management mechanism of generative artificial intelligence and accelerate the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Joint Laboratory for the Safe Development of Generative Artificial Intelligence in the Greater Bay Area. The Notice shall be valid until 31 December 2027.
