Award Presentation Ceremony

• The champion, first runner-up and second runner-up of each division are required to introduce the concepts of their winning itinerary plans, and receive awards and public commendation at the Award Presentation Ceremony. Winners will be separately informed of details upon the announcement of competition results.

Conduct of Tours

• The “winning tours” of Junior and Senior Secondary Students Divisions will be arranged basing on the champion’s itinerary of each division (i.e. two tours in total). Student representatives and teacher advisors of the champions, first runners-up, second runners-up, meritorious awards winners and other winning teams will be fully subsidised to join the “winning tours”.
• Pre-tour briefing session: late June 2025 (The winning schools will be informed of the date, time, venue etc., of the briefing session.)
• Set-off date of “winning tours”: July 2025
• During the exchange tours to the Mainland, the organiser will take video footage to capture participants’ experiences, personal reflections and learning insights. The videos will be uploaded to this website and broadcast on Radio Television Hong Kong’s TV channels for sharing with the school sector.

Sharing Session

• The organiser will hold a sharing session upon completion of the “winning tours”, at which the winning teams will share their insights and experiences about designing the itinerary of a Mainland exchange programme, as well as their thoughts and observations on the “winning tours”, with a view to deepening students’ understanding of the Greater Bay Area’s development. All participating teachers and students of the winning teams should attend the sharing session.
