International Legal and Dispute Resolution Services Centre in the Asia-Pacific Region
National policies such as the 14th Five-Year Plan and the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area support Hong Kong in establishing as a centre for international legal and dispute resolution services centre in the Asia-Pacific region. The HKSAR Government will continue to enhance the work with the Mainland on judicial and dispute resolution matters in civil and commercial cases, strengthen international and regional legal co-operation, and promote Hong Kong as an international legal and dispute resolution service centre in the Asia-Pacific region.
