Portable Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Scheme
Elderly Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients may join the Portable CSSA Scheme to continue to receive monthly standard rates and annual long-term supplement, provided that they have been in receipt of CSSA continuously for not less than 12 months in Hong Kong and choose to settle in Guangdong (including the nine Mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area) afterwards.
