Launched by the Intellectual Property Department, the IP Manager Scheme PLUS comprises a number of comprehensive and in-depth training programmes to assist enterprises in enhancing their professional knowledge and skills on IP, building up their manpower resources, and managing and commercialising their IPs, thereby boosting their competitiveness and helping them better grasp the opportunities brought by IP trading.
