Major Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Co-operation Platforms
The Central Government promulgated the Hengqin Plan and Qianhai Plan in September 2021, and the Nansha Plan in June 2022. These plans set out the key development directions for the three major Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao co-operation platforms in Hengqin of Zhuhai, Qianhai of Shenzhen, and Nansha of Guangzhou. Through co-operation mechanisms established with relevant Mainland governments, the HKSAR Government will continue to support and facilitate various sectors of the community in seizing and leveraging the opportunities brought by the three plans.
