The Airport Authority Hong Kong is developing SkyPier Terminal and automated carparks on the Hong Kong Port Island of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB), so that passengers from other cities in the Greater Bay Area can reach the airport restricted area direct by ferry or by land through HZMB for their connecting flights to overseas destinations, without the need to go through Hong Kong’s immigration procedures.
