Maritime, Aviation and Logistics

Leveraging a quality and efficient port as well as a well-developed maritime services sector, Hong Kong has evolved into an international maritime centre and a regional transshipment hub. In terms of aviation development, Hong Kong is devoted to enhancing and consolidating its status as an international aviation hub, and driving the building of a world-class airport cluster in the Greater Bay Area. Underpinned by our strengths in aviation and maritime logistics, we have been consolidating Hong Kong’s role as an international logistics hub through infrastructure upgrading and manpower training. The HKSAR Government will continue to proactively take forward a series of policy initiatives in accordance with the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with a view to driving maritime, aviation and modern logistics developments.
