Shenzhen

Shenzhen is a special economic zone of the country. Known as “Pengcheng” (the City of Giant Eagle) and adjoining Hong Kong, it is an early and pilot implementation zone under the country’s reform, opening up and modernisation. Shenzhen is one of the world’s most economically vibrant cities, and an important base for high-tech research, development and manufacturing in southern China. It also has comprehensive public cultural services, bountiful cultural performances and beautiful natural environment.
